Dasho Chhewang Rinzin

Dasho Chhewang Rinzin has served the Royal Government of Bhutan for over three decades. Amongst many portfolios held, he was the Chairperson of Bhutan’s Second Pay Commission (November 2013 – March 2014). He also served as an advisor of the First Interim Government (April – July 2013), Second Interim Government (August – October 2018) and Third Interim Government (November 2023 – January 2024). For his exemplary services to the nation, His Majesty The King of Bhutan bestowed him the Red Scarf with the title of Dasho in 2009 and the Order of Druk Khorlo medal in 2014.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors of DGPC and served as the Managing Director since December 6, 2007. He is also a member of the Board HR Committee and Board-Level Tender Committee.
